WITH RUBBER COILS
CHARACTERISTICS
The characteristics of "XP/SG" cleaning rollers with helical rubber coils are identical to those of the basic "XP" rollers in the various versions, i.e.:
- High load capacity.
- Hermetically sealed bearings thanks to a multiple labyrinth seal with cover plate.
- Standard rigid radial ball bearings with lifetime lubrication and oil-tight shields.
- Monobloc bearing shell turned and welded to the tube.
- Ground steel shaft.
- Availability with different tube lengths, shafts and in different versions.
APPLICATIONS
"XP/SG" cleaning type return rollers with rubber coils use the D60 mm diameter "XP.20" type unit as the basic roller, to which D108 mm diameter helical rubber coils are fitted, with dual opposing orientation to discharge material towards the sides of the belt. The rubber coils are secured at the ends of the roller by welded steel rings.
"XP/SG" cleaning rollers with rubber coils are installed on the belt return side to prevent the deposition of material on the belt surface.
